  • Papaya
    Papaya
    Y Combinator LogoF2026
    Active • 3 employees • San Francisco
Papaya is the optimization engine for AI agents. Engineers don't have time to continually improve the agents they've shipped — the context bloat, overly chatty subagents, and broken tool calls sit in production traces nobody reads, quietly hurting agent efficiency. With Papaya they connect their agent directly via SDK, get actionable recommendations on how to improve quality, latency, and cost, and the ones they approve are pushed to production as pull requests. Papaya runs 200+ research-backed analyses across context, prompts, prompt caching, subagents, and tool calls. Every recommendation is ranked by impact and comes with the production runs that produced it — typically a 10%+ quality improvement on the first workflow analysis.

ByteAsk is an AI coding agent built for C and C++, the code that runs trading systems, cars, chips, and operating systems. It does not stop at a diff that looks right. ByteAsk builds, debugs, and tests every change with the real toolchain until the change holds. If the compiler, the debugger, or the tests can catch it, then ByteAsk catches it too. It runs from the terminal or inside VS Code, Neovim, and Emacs, and is available fully on-prem.

Qlo builds AI agents to run commercial insurance underwriting. We start by fully automating the operational work around risk decisions, become the system of record, and earn autonomy workflow by workflow toward the autonomous AI underwriter. We’re rebuilding underwriting infrastructure from the ground up so human underwriters and AI agents can share the same accounts, rules, documents, permissions, and workflow state.  We believe every commercial insurance program will eventually be built and operated end to end by AI agents on Qlo.

  • Floracene
    Floracene
    Y Combinator LogoS2026
Active • 2 employees • New York City
Floracene lets any healthcare operator describe the internal tool they need and deploy it in one click - connected to production data, with read and write access scoped by the user. Think Lovable or Retool, except purpose-built for the needs of healthcare business that has no engineering team. The bottleneck in healthcare isn't building anymore. Anyone can vibecode an 80% solution in an afternoon, custom to their own workflow, with people already on staff. The tool then dies locally on the builder’s computer, because IT (correctly) won't let anyone deploy a tool touching PHI without first-class authentication and permissioning. Our first customer had multiple employees who had each built useful tools and dashboards locally, but couldn’t actually share these with coworkers or connect to their core practice data. Within weeks of implementing Floracene, they were able to consolidate their BI tooling into Floracene and shipped 4 net-new to production. A staggering ~$200B is spent on administrative software in healthcare every year in the US. Tens of thousands of those companies still run core operations on spreadsheets, and we're at the top of the first inning of AI adoption. Asaph and Jonah met on the hospitals team at Palantir two years ago, and have each spent the last four years in the plumbing of US healthcare: claims, eligibility, and payor contracting. Asaph was an early PM at Garner. Jonah was a founding engineer at Metriport (YC S22) after starting his own fax-automation startup for fertility clinics.

Levocred AI is the Bloomberg of loans: AI agents that run and price a lender's book. One fund cut the time to mark its book from a week to two hours and now names us as data agent, the system of record, in its loan purchase agreements. $22T of US loans never trade because nobody can price them efficiently and defensibly. We fix pricing first by deploying inside lenders. Trading follows, the way it did for bonds.

RealPact builds AI agents that handle the paperwork behind real estate transactions. They find property records like deeds, tax records, permits, parcel data, and MLS information, then use that data to fill out contracts, organize documents, track deadlines, and help brokerages close deals faster. We are starting by automating transactions and will expand into other parts of brokerage operations. Much of the software used across the real estate industry is outdated. With today’s advances in AI, we can build agents that handle this operational work and create modern software around how brokerages actually work. We currently sell to brokerages in New Hampshire and are expanding quickly.

  • Rex

    Y Combinator LogoS2026
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
Rex is an AI-native service for order to cash. Rex replaces manual operations with AI agents that continuously manage invoices, customers and exceptions. Order to cash is a $60B outsourced function because the work is too messy for traditional automation. Every customer has different context, exceptions do not follow clean rules, and the next step is often buried in emails, portals, handoffs, or someone’s memory. Rex agents run continuously in the background and resolve work to SLA standards so cash keeps moving. We're live with pre-IPO tech companies, managing >$500m in receivables from F100 companies, cutting manual follow-up cycles from weeks to hours. We founded Rex after spending four years building Sequence, an a16z-backed finance ops platform, from zero to Series A — where we saw firsthand that at-scale, O2C still runs on manual labour. Rex is the #1 winner of the Vercel AI Accelerator out of 2,500 teams, selected by Guillermo Rauch and leaders from OpenAI, Anthropic, Browserbase and more.

Sentry and Datadog dump a stream of alerts. Most are duplicates, most lack context, and you still have to solve the issue yourself. Superlog is AI-native observability that's meant not to be opened. A wizard scans your repo and installs proper OpenTelemetry instrumentation, then runs daily to keep up as you ship new code. When something breaks, Superlog groups the errors into a single incident, investigates with full context (logs, traces, recent deploys, past Slack threads), and posts one mergeable PR in Slack. You merge it, ignore it, or open it as a Claude Code session and modify it. Telemetry is vendor-neutral, so you keep every log, trace, and metric we install, even if you leave.

Companies today are growing faster than ever with smaller teams. The best AI-native companies don’t just need more users - they need more of their users becoming power users. Userlens makes it possible for lean teams to drive product adoption proactively, at scale. Userlens is building the AI product adoption expert. Our goal is to help every user at every company get more value from the product they already use. Most teams still rely on onboarding flows, lifecycle emails, support docs, and reactive CSM outreach. Userlens breaks that ceiling. Lumi watches how users actually use your product, spots when they’re ready for the next feature, workflow, or habit, and nudges them at exactly the right moment.

  • Ritivel
    Ritivel
    Y Combinator LogoW2026
    Active • 3 employees • Bengaluru
Ritivel is an AI-native workspace for regulatory and medical writing teams at life sciences companies. Our AI agents draft CTDs, CSRs, INDs, and BLAs in minutes instead of weeks, helping drugs reach patients faster. Every month a drug is delayed from reaching the market costs pharma companies ~$45M in lost revenue and more importantly, delays treatment for thousands of patients who need it. Yet regulatory teams are stuck in a painful, months-long process: synthesizing thousands of pages of clinical data, hunting through SharePoint folders for the right documents, chasing colleagues for missing inputs, and manually drafting submissions. Ritivel deploys AI agents that transform how regulatory teams work. Our agents generate comprehensive first drafts directly in Microsoft Word, following FDA formatting requirements and pulling from your existing clinical data and prior submissions. Every data point includes citations linked back to the original source, so reviewers can verify with one click. Connected to SharePoint and Veeva, our agents automatically source the right documents. Integrated with Outlook, they handle reminder emails and follow-ups automatically. We're engineers who previously built AI copilots at Microsoft Research. After 50+ conversations with pharma professionals, we discovered the critical bottleneck in regulatory submissions and built Ritivel to solve it.

  • Foreman
    Foreman
    Y Combinator LogoW2026
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
Foreman is the all-in-one AI-powered project management platform built for construction contractors and the trade industry. Today, contractors run complex businesses on a patchwork of tools that were never designed for construction — estimates in spreadsheets, plans in email, proposals copy-pasted from old Word docs, photos scattered across phones. Nothing talks to anything else, and the admin work never stops. Foreman replaces that patchwork with a single platform that manages the full lifecycle of a construction job, from first estimate to final invoice. Contractors upload plans, photos, or a project description, and Foreman's AI instantly generates structured takeoffs, scoped estimates, and professional proposals — in minutes, not hours. From there, every customer record, document, permit, photo, change order, and conversation lives in one place, organized around the job. The result: contractors spend less time buried in admin and more time building. They bid faster, manage jobs with less chaos, and close projects cleanly — without duct-taping five tools together to do it.

    Visibl Semiconductors
    Y Combinator LogoW2026
    Active • 3 employees • San Francisco
Visibl Semiconductors makes custom silicon accessible to hardware companies, starting with power electronics. We are an AI-native custom-silicon design partner that cuts ASIC development cost and timeline on mature nodes, helping teams deliver better performance and lower BOM cost. We work with data-center and AI-infrastructure power, motor drives, industrial automation and robotics, industrial power supplies and conversion, battery systems and e-mobility powertrains, EV charging, solar, energy storage, grid power, HVAC, heat pumps, and appliances. V1 boards built from off-the-shelf parts are great for getting to market quickly, but scaling to v2+ volume requires optimizing cost, size, and manufacturability. Visibl folds those parts into custom silicon built around the product: a simpler BOM, reclaimed board space, fewer supply constraints, and automation-ready assembly. We manage the full path from architecture and design through verification, fabrication, packaging, and production-ready silicon, working alongside hardware teams so they do not need an in-house chip team.

Adaptional is building agentic AI for insurance claims. Claims are 75% of every dollar in the $1T insurance industry -- and one of the most under-optimized areas, still managed by adjusters working hundreds of files by hand. We're changing this with AI claims review agents, already deployed at some of the major P&C carriers. In the future, claims will be powered by an intelligence layer that manages files and escalates actions to human adjusters. Adaptional is building the AI system that will be the foundation for every claims department across P&C insurance.

    Cyberdesk
    Y Combinator LogoS2025
    Active • 2 employees • San Francisco
Cyberdesk is the first self learning computer use agent for developers to automate desktop workflows. For example, one of our customers is building an AI agent for hospital patient intake, and they’re using us to automate an entire team of people manually clicking and typing into a desktop app to book appointments. We launched mid July, and our agent is already operating in production environments, creating appointments in electronic health record apps and processing files in legacy ERPs. We’ve built the first computer use agent that memorizes tasks and repeats them quickly while still adapting to unexpected changes on the screen. A good analogy is to how humans use computers: once we get used to an app, we use it much faster, while still adapting to random popups and crashes. This new paradigm for computer use will be needed by every company automating human workflows on computers. Mahmoud previously built robotic process automation solutions impacting 20K+ employees at a Fortune 100 company. He also built AI & ML solutions at Baylor College of Medicine Neuroscience & Texas Children's Hospital + co-published a paper at the Rice Networks Group. Alan is ex-NASA and previously dropped out to be the first founding engineer at a PearX startup. He is a second time founder, having previously built and scaled a consumer AI app to thousands of paying users. Computer-use agents will automate the $6T dollars spent on enterprise knowledge work and Cyberdesk will be the platform to power this. Rimba integrates fragmented data — PDFs, Excel files, time-series, IoT sensors, equipment telemetry, and system performance data — to complete a workflow, such as populating a database, running analytics, and creating a report. Our software streamlines the entire journey from data capture to report creation for the physical world, starting with heavy industries such as renewables, oil & gas, supply chain, and chemicals. Legacy systems don't communicate, and critical operational data remains siloed. Rimba bridges that gap by connecting data from fragmented systems and structures — ERPs, SCADA, SharePoint, email, and more — to automate workflows, classify inputs, transform data, and improve data monitoring.

superglue learns how your systems work from your company's knowledge and performs the implementation that normally requires human coordination and engineering work. Implement NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Business Central or Acumatica in days. Agents map and migrate legacy data, configure the system, and keep data in sync post go-live. Connect ERP, CRM, databases, and internal systems to AI platforms like Claude. Create governed data access for AI agents and track data usage across your org. Connect customer systems, import historical data and get new integrations live in hours. Let agents manage the entire implementation process end-to-end.

Spott is the first AI-native ATS/CRM for recruiting & staffing firms. We built Spott because existing recruitment platforms require extensive manual work, are clunky to use, rely on fragmented add-ons, and are not designed for AI adoption. Spott combines everything recruiting firms need, from a full ATS & CRM to AI agents across the entire workflow, into one AI-native solution. It enables recruiters to focus on what matters most and close more placements.

Our platform dives deep into both quantitative and qualitative due diligence data, offering high-impact analytics crafted specifically for private equity workflows. This isn’t just automation—it’s a purpose-built solution that uncovers actionable insights, fueling smarter decisions and driving true alpha.
